4. Consultations and Inquiries

Submitting a form, booking a consultation, or contacting Pixel Profiles does not automatically create a client relationship.

A client relationship begins only when both parties agree to proceed with services, and any required payment, agreement, or written confirmation has been completed.

Pixel Profiles reserves the right to decline any inquiry, project, or engagement at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

When engaging Pixel Profiles for services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed for us to perform the agreed work.

Service fees, retainers, deposits, payment schedules, and billing terms will be outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication.

Payments must be made according to the terms provided by Pixel Profiles.

Late, failed, or missed payments may result in delayed work, suspended services, withheld deliverables, or termination of the engagement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable once work has begun, resources have been allocated, or services have been delivered.

7. Timelines and Delivery

Pixel Profiles aims to complete work within the timelines discussed or agreed upon. However, timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, access requirements, approval delays, third-party tools, platform limitations, changes in scope, or other factors outside our control.

Any timeline provided is an estimate unless expressly stated as guaranteed in a written agreement.

8. Scope Changes

Any request outside the original agreed scope may require additional fees, revised timelines, or a separate written agreement.

Pixel Profiles will communicate significant changes to scope, cost, or timeline before proceeding where practical.

9. Virtual Professional Sourcing

For virtual professional sourcing services, Pixel Profiles may help identify, screen, assess, and present candidates based on the client’s requirements.

While we make reasonable efforts to assess candidate fit, experience, communication skills, and role alignment, the final hiring or engagement decision remains the responsibility of the client.

Pixel Profiles does not guarantee a specific employment outcome, candidate performance result, business result, or length of engagement unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

10. Website, SEO, and Marketing Services

For website, SEO, social media, and marketing services, Pixel Profiles may provide strategy, recommendations, design, development, implementation, content, optimisation, and technical support.

Pixel Profiles does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, revenue, conversion rates, or business outcomes. Search engines, advertising platforms, social media platforms, website platforms, and third-party tools may change their algorithms, policies, pricing, or functionality at any time.

11. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our services may involve third-party platforms, apps, tools, software, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, communication tools, marketing platforms, or other technology providers.

Pixel Profiles is not responsible for outages, bugs, policy changes, pricing changes, downtime, data loss, account restrictions, limitations, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms or services.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts, subscriptions, billing, permissions, and access unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pixel Profiles retains ownership of its internal processes, systems, strategies, frameworks, templates, methods, documentation, tools, code snippets, training materials, and pre-existing materials.

Upon full payment, clients may receive the right to use final deliverables created specifically for them, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement or written scope.

Pixel Profiles may showcase completed work, project summaries, public-facing deliverables, testimonials, or results in its portfolio, website, proposals, marketing materials, or case studies unless confidentiality has been requested by the client in writing and agreed to by Pixel Profiles.

13. Client-Provided Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, trademarks, files, data, information, and materials provided to Pixel Profiles are accurate, lawful, and authorised for use.

Pixel Profiles is not responsible for claims, damages, delays, or legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

14. Confidentiality

Both parties may share confidential or sensitive information during a consultation, project, or service engagement.

Pixel Profiles will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and will not knowingly disclose it to unauthorised parties, except where disclosure is necessary to provide services, comply with law, protect our rights, or work with authorised team members, contractors, or service providers.

Clients may request to end services according to the terms stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication.
